At Perth Skin & Beauty Co., we aim to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all product orders, alongside clear booking processes for our training courses.
Product Shipping
Processing Times
All product orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We currently ship across Australia using trusted courier services. For products in stock and are displayed as available:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected at checkout)
Please note delivery times may vary depending on your location and external courier delays.
For any products that are custom, pre-order or shipped from overseas and stated in description - delivery time will be longer and upto 30 business days
Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Local Pickup (If Applicable)
Local pickup may be available from our Ocean Reef studio. If this option is selected, you will be contacted with collection details once your order is ready.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Orders
While we work with reliable couriers, Perth Skin & Beauty Co. is not responsible for delays caused by postal services. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
Incorrect Shipping Details
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Training Course Bookings
When purchasing or booking a training course through our website:
- All training dates are subject to availability
- Bookings are secured once confirmed via email
- If your selected date is unavailable, we will contact you to arrange the next suitable date
Training may be held at:
- Ocean Reef (home studio)
- Joondalup (external training venue)
Full details will be provided upon booking confirmation.
Digital Products & Course Materials
If your purchase includes digital materials or pre-course content, these will be delivered via email or accessible download after purchase.
