Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy for eligible physical products. This means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

- In its original packaging
- With tags (if applicable)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we do not accept returns on:

- Opened or used items
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale items or gift cards
- Overseas custom designed products

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.

Training Courses & Services (Important)
All training courses, bookings, and service-based purchases are non-refundable.
- Training dates are subject to availability
- If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible
- We will do our best to accommodate date changes where possible, but this is not guaranteed
Refunds (Products Only)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5–10 business days for processing (bank times may vary)

European Union Customers
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, where you may cancel or return your order without reason. Items must still meet the return conditions outlined above.
